Objectives

There is a growing demand among those who have found their homes in Bangalore that they would like to prefer residences offering a far better lifestyle. They would prefer living in modern built-up Villas with natural surroundings amongst plenty of open spaces where they would enjoy ample amenities that would make their lives fulfilling. Sports is a growing lifestyle preference among people and Beverly Woods was conceived to offer all that in ample numbers very close to the heart of the city.

Beverly Woods Concept

Strategy

105 beautiful 2 storied Villas in 100+ acres of land with 60% open spaces in a blissful experience zone was meant to be the game changer in the up-end of the real estate market. Beverly Woods is a gated address, beautifully landscaped and full of amenities unheard of before. The brand had to be positioned likewise and the advertising needed to reflect the high-end lifestyle factors in all its communication points.

Execution

The brand campaign was lunched with a Teaser outdoor campaign announcing the launch of Beverly Woods as the most desirable destination for home seekers. Even those who were living in cramped apartments and older homes were looking to relocate to a better home were targeted. Adverting in Double page Jacket Cover in the leading dailies, followed up with extensive outdoor billboards and newspaper Inserts to build awareness, all worked wonders to make Beverly Woods the most popular brand in the segment.
